What kind of services do you provide?
HomeCare for the
Carolinas, LLC helps seniors, disabled, surgical, and
new mothers in living full, productive and satisfying lives, while being
able to stay at home safely and with dignity. These may include fall
prevention, medication and fluids reminders, light housekeeping,
grooming or bathing assistance and running errands. We care for
clients: Stroke, Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson, Pre/Post
Operative Care, Diabetes, Cardiac Clients, and Hospice.
When are HomeCare for the
Carolinas’
caregivers available?
We provide
companion care from 4 to 24 hours, depending on client needs. Contact us

Who pays for service of
companion care or personal care services?
Typically, companion care is paid for by the client. Medicaid will
pay for personal care services if the client meets certain requirements.
However, some long term care insurance policies cover home care. Contact

Do you provide services in assisted living facilities?
Yes. People sometimes realize that the assistance provided in an
assisted living facility is not enough to enable them to remain
independent. In these cases, HomeCare for the
Carolinas’
staff provides a person to make this possible. In North Carolina, you
are allowed to hire private help in an assisted living facility or
nursing home.

In
addition to companion care, personal care services our caregivers/CNAs/HHA’s
are trained to provide light gardening chores, home safety assessments,
greeting card mailing, and more. We provide different models of care.
